Privacy policy
Picliva is developed by unlinearity. This policy describes how the app handles information when you compose photos and Live Photos, review your library, and use Picliva Pro.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
The short version
Your photo and video processing happens on your device. There is no Picliva account, no advertising and no analytics SDK. The app does not upload your media to developer servers.
Photos and videos
Picliva processes compositions on your device. It does not upload your photos or videos to a developer server. Photo access is controlled by Apple’s permission system and photo picker, and you can change it in system Settings. Importing, arranging and cropping a composition does not modify source media; saving creates a new result.
Library deletion is a separate action that you choose and confirm through the system. Selected media moves to Recently Deleted under Apple’s Photos rules. Media stored in iCloud may be downloaded or streamed through Apple’s system services, without being sent to the developer.
Local settings
Picliva stores preferences, the library review position, and cached Pro entitlement information locally on your device. The app does not require a Picliva account.
Purchases
Picliva Pro is an optional, non-consumable purchase handled by Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payments; the developer does not receive your full payment card information. Picliva checks purchase entitlements to enable Pro features and supports Restore Purchases.
Analytics and tracking
Picliva does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not collect personal data from the app for developer servers.
Contacting support
If you email support, the developer receives the address and information you choose to include in that email, and uses it to answer your request. Please avoid sending private photos or sensitive information unless it is needed for the issue and you choose to share it.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the app’s practices change. The current version always shows its update date.
